Always follow the manufacturer's product label and SoPURE Cleaning Services safety procedures. Never mix different cleaning chemicals without documented manufacturer authorization. Never mix bleach with acids or ammonia. For disinfectants and sanitizers, follow the product label for dilution, use site, application, and contact time. A stronger mix is not a safer or better mix.
Dilution basics for SoPURE Pros
A 2:5 ratio has seven total parts: two concentrate and five water. A 32 US fl oz finished mixture needs 9.14 US fl oz concentrate and 22.86 US fl oz water.
Ready-to-use products need no dilution except as directed on the label. Use a marked measuring device. Product categories only organize your calculation; they never select a chemical concentration.
Values are calculated at full precision and rounded for display. Very small quantities use scientific notation. Chemical volumes may not be perfectly additive. The product label controls mixing order.
Quick check: how many total parts are in 3:7? Answer: 10.
